Virtual Room This is where members can RP (or some suchlike), with themselves as well as their characters. Or if you want to RP in a parallell universe (eg. throw your vampy on Jupiter for the hell of it), you can do that too. Moderator: Inu
The Lamdon Oracle Where various articles will be posted, mostly about gossip and small-town issues. Sometimes, however, there are some articles about odd occurances that the humans cannot seem to explain. How strange. Molly Miyu, Reporter. Moderators: Inu, Ookami
Lamdon Library 'Cozy' is an understatement. This library is downright tiny, though a lot of books are squished into the space. Only five computers, a few chairs and a single couch. Moderator: Inu
Drive-In Theater On the highway out of Lambdon is a drive-in theater. It was built to attract commuters from the city of Upper Lamdon to the town of Lamdon itself, but was never much of a success. Lately, however, it has been revived, with two new screens. There is a plot to develop a series of drive-in restaurants around it, so that lazy people can be entertained and fed without walking anywhere. Moderator: Inu
Old Church Outside of Lamdon, but not quite within the wilderness, sits an old stone church. It's quite large, with tall steeples and gorgeous stained glass windows all around. It used to be part of the city, but it was such a hassle to drive all the way out every Sunday morning that rather than rebuild it, a newer, closer one was made in its stead. Now, the building is where the Royal Flush Coven reside. Residence of the Royal Flush Coven. Moderators: Inu, Ookami
Reservation This is where the Natives usually live. Of course they can come and go as they please, but prefer to stay where their families are setteld and whatnot, though the kids go to Lamdon High unless they are too young or homeschooled. Meeting Place and residence of the Dyami Pack. Moderators: Inu, Lieutenant Razor
Shikoba Pond A large pond between the Town and the Reserve, which is basically the only unpopulated place around that the humans can go to without risking their lives. Enjoy. Moderator: Inu
Forest Forest surrounding the Town. There is a vague dirt road that goes into these woods, but it stops abruptly about a quarter of a mile in. It isn't recommended to come here often, but if you feel like camping go ahead. Just don't expect to come out again. Split territory of the Dyami and Moonlight Eclipse Packs. Moderators: Inu, Lieutenant Razor, Ookami
Meadow This is really a very pleasant place, and quite easy to get to compared to other areas beyond the woods. You don't even have to cross the river. It is filled with wild flowers in the warmer months, and generally very sunny and happy-ish. However, this doesn't mean that evil can't tarnish it, though evil beings may twitch if they come near it (maybe because of the perfume-smell). Meeting Place of the Moonlight Eclipse Pack Moderators: Inu, Ookami
River (1 sub-board) The one and only river, which eventually supplies the town water tower (the tallest building anywhere), but that's beside the point. It is several metres wide, and thus humans cannot jump across it (though they wouldn't want to anyway), and thus must find the little bridge about halfway through it. There is also a four metre waterfall upstream from this bridge, so watch out for that. Moderator: Inu
Fields Beyond the forest (which stretches for several miles), past the meadow and over the river, there are fields. Few humans can make it through these obstacles on their own (and even fewer wish to), so this is a good place for creatures to come and run.

Hills These are found beyond the bridge and waterfall, and lead to the valley. Reasonably pleasant, especially if the meadow doesn't catch your fancy. Nice view and refreshing air. Moderator: Inu

Valley Beyond the hills, this is the farthest point on our little map. There are many trees here, though not quite enough for a forest. Very secluded area, not many beings even come close to it, except those who do not want to be found. Moderator: Inu
Lake Emmertene (1 sub-board) Past the valley, yet not far enough for the area to be called mountainous, huddled between these two points, lies a lake. Its water shimmers like glass and is just as reflective. This trait makes it hard to see what lurks below... Residence of the Maris twins. Swimmers beware. Moderators: Inu, Amarante
Mountain Range The mountains lie a fair distance from town, an not many people travel there; only [very brave] hikers and "vegetarian" vampires. Not really mountains, more like a rocky, hilly forest area, but a large variety of wildlife lives there. Moderator: Inu

The World (1 sub-board) Somewhat self-explanatory. If you wish to role-play anywhere else in the world, post here. Moderator: Inu

Welcome to Afterlight, a human/vampire/werewolf role-play. It is loosely based on Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series, but if you haven't read the books that's okay. There are no canon characters here, and the setting is the town of Lamdon (a little like Forks ;3). We currently have a plot in motion; click here for more information.
Plottage, plottage, plottage. <3

Happy Halloween! Today marks the beginning of NaNoWriMo, so good luck to anyone writing a novel this month! Also, I've started a discussion thread here about possible role-playing events/challenges on Afterlight. I want to get some opinions/discussion going, to feel free to add your two cents. :)
Also, congratulations to the Of the Month winners for October! Updated images and names are now posted in the right sidebar.
