THE BRAIN;
Nickname; Jellybean
How did you find us? ...No, I'm not stalking you...
THE BEAST;
Calling; Gernet*
Age; 17; she has only been a vampire for 3 years. Very new.
Gender; Female
Species; Vampire
Appearance;
With hair flowing down to her waist, bloodless white skin, along with brilliant red eyes, Gernet is very conspicuous. Like most vampires, she is indescribably beautiful. Her thick, ebony tresses contrast alarminly against her pale skin. Her eyes are a perfect almond shape yet vivid red due to her 'carnivorous' diet. Above her eyes are thin arched eyebrows which are constantly concealed by her long fringe. Her fine scarlet lips are often twisted up into what looks alike a smirk but is truly a snarl.
Her body is willowy, and most underestimate her when she is actually very formidable. She is shorter than most yet stands like her height doesn't matter; she could slaughter anyone taller than her if she absolutely desired to.
Personality; Gernet hunts humans and is indifferent about what she does. She is dominated by her instincts and has never longed nor needed company.
In a meager, enclosed, and ordinarily not heard part of her mind, she is fearful. This part of her mind wishes that there was another way, a way which she could sate her thirst other than this thoughtless killing. Nevertheless, this is a small part of her mind. She hardly ever thinks of these things, and when she does, hastily becomes diverted by other thoughts.
If her life were to alter, if she were to find another path, she would be a very likeable vampire.
History; Gernet doesn't like to think about her mortal life. It was too pleasant, too happy. She had a loving mother, a cute baby sister, and many friends.
She was changed into a vampire on a bright, sunny day when she went camping with her friends in a nearby forest, a popular campsite. They had not heard of the recent, so-called 'bear attacks.' They had been there a night already, and were shocked in the morning when they saw another 'person' there. Her friends didn't have much time to react to the man's splendor; they were all killed swiftly. Garnet, as she was known then, was attacked last. She did not die. Three other vampires came, just as the attacking vampire bit her. The three vampires chased the attacker off. Garnet did not know where they went, but they did not come back.
For what seemed like numerous days, Garnet was in agony on the forest floor. She somehow managed to drag herself to an deserted den, though she did not remember how.
Her life now is certainly the life of a vampire. She wanders, she hunts, she kills, she travels, she hunts, she kills.
THE BEAUTY;
Mate; None
Miniatures; None
Alliance; None
Specialty; She was always very observant as a human, and as a vampire she can tell if someone is lying or telling the truth. It never fails.
Sexuality; She's never really had any relationships nor experience to decide what sexuality she is.
Others;
*A note about her name; Before Gernet was a vampire, her birthname had been Garnet Nealon. She had researched about her name before she was changed (having been a curious human), and she found that Gernet, a word so close to her name, meant dark red. She never gave this too much thought - she had always liked her name.
When she became a vampire, her name meant very little.
Only did she officially change it when she was hunting one night.
(I wanted to add this because it seemed to help with her personality.)
Thirsty still, the dark-haired vampire wandered the streets of the city. It seemed as though all the people had gone into the buildings. It did not matter; their locked doors wouldn'tve stopped her if she wanted to get in. She had fed on four humans already, and she was still thirsty. She had a good reason. Those four were just the entrée. Now she was searching for the main course.
She swiftly hid as she heard a human coming. She sniffed the air, and sighed. Ahh, here was the main course now.
She slowly walked from her hiding place, still masked by shadow. She was quiet enough that the human didn't notice her. They seemed occupied. Afraid, even. They rightly should be. The male human shouldn't be out where he could easily be killed. She quickly ran in front of him.
He was startled, almost walking into her. He looked up at her face, taking in her inexplainable beauty. He was expressionless for a moment, but then his eyes met hers, and they were horrified.
She could see the reflection of her bright red eyes in his light brown ones.
His mouth opened slightly, and then he whispered, "Who are you?"
He was more afraid than any of the other humans she had come across. She was just about to attack when he asked that silly question. It made her halt. She faintly remembered her human life, foggy memories of her family and friends. She remembered what her name had been, too. Garnet. That didn't suit her anymore. It didn't make any sense to have a name.
But what if she changed it? These thoughts only took half a second for her to process.
She smiled, her teeth glistening in the dim light of a nearby streetlamp.
"Gernet." She said before she pounced.
